Course Description:
Configure e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce), manage product catalogs, and handle online sales logistics. The course is expanded with practical AI applications in e-commerce: offer personalization, automated customer service (AI chatbots), dynamic pricing, predictive sales analytics, and AI-powered marketing campaign optimization.
Target Audience:
Individuals looking to start their own online store, e-commerce department staff, entrepreneurs expanding into online sales channels, and digital marketing specialists.
Funding Eligibility:
The course may be accredited by training institutions authorized by the Ministry of Education (MEN) and/or listed in the Development Services Database (BUR). Eligible for co-financing from KFS, ESF, and Public Employment Office programs — up to 100% of training costs.
Graduate Profile
Upon completion, the graduate will possess:
1. Ability to configure and manage an online store on popular platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
2. Knowledge of e-commerce logistics: warehouse management, order processing, returns handling.
3. Competence in implementing AI for personalizing shopping experiences and automating customer service.
4. Ability to analyze sales data using AI tools for trend forecasting and product range optimization.
5. Understanding of digital marketing strategies (SEO, SEM, social media) supported by AI tools.
Graduates will be prepared to independently run an online store or work as e-commerce specialists, online sales managers, or digital marketing professionals — with competencies in AI-driven commerce.
