Course description: Configuring e-commerce platforms (e.g. Shopify, WooCommerce), managing product ranges, online sales logistics, marketing and analytics tools (Google Analytics).
Intended audience: Entrepreneurs entering e-commerce, individuals responsible for sales growth in companies.

Graduate profileA graduate of the Creating and Managing Online Stores course will have:
Practical knowledge of setting up and configuring online stores on popular platforms (Shopify, WooCommerce).
The ability to manage products, including optimizing pricing strategies and monitoring inventory levels.
Basic internet analytics skills – understanding metrics (e.g. conversions, ROI, CTR) and using Google Analytics.
Knowledge of logistics and customer service in the e-commerce context (payments, returns, shipping).
Competencies in internet marketing (including email marketing, remarketing, SEO).
Graduates will be prepared to run their own online store or manage e-commerce projects in commercial and service enterprises.
