Course Description:
Logistics planning, warehouse and transport management, cost optimization, and ERP/WMS system operation. The course is enriched with AI applications in logistics: demand prediction, transport route optimization, automated inventory planning, supply chain bottleneck detection, and intelligent logistics risk management.
Target Audience:
Logistics and supply chain department staff, warehouse managers, transport coordinators, individuals interested in supply chain management careers, and specialists looking to leverage AI for process optimization.
Funding Eligibility:
The course may be accredited by training institutions authorized by the Ministry of Education (MEN) and/or listed in the Development Services Database (BUR). Eligible for co-financing from KFS, ESF, and Public Employment Office programs — up to 100% of training costs.
Graduate Profile
Upon completion, the graduate will possess:
1. Knowledge of logistics planning, inventory management, and supply chain coordination.
2. Ability to operate ERP/WMS systems and integrate them with AI analytics tools.
3. Competence in using AI for demand forecasting, route optimization, and inventory planning.
4. Understanding of methods for detecting bottlenecks and managing supply chain risk with predictive analytics.
5. Ability to analyze logistics data and create reports supporting operational decisions.
Graduates will be prepared for roles as logistics specialists, supply chain coordinators, or supply chain analysts — with competencies in modern AI analytics applied to logistics.
