4.1. LOGISTICS AND SUPPLY CHAIN MANAGEMENT
Course description: Logistics planning, warehouse management, transportation, cost optimization, and the use of ERP/WMS systems.
Intended audience: Logistics specialists, employees of manufacturing and distribution companies, individuals interested in improving processes.
Funding opportunities: The course can receive support from regionally funded projects or the National Training Fund.
Graduate profileA graduate of the Logistics and Supply Chain Management course will have:
Comprehensive knowledge of logistics processes in an enterprise – from procurement, through production, to distribution.
The ability to use IT tools that support logistics (ERP/WMS systems).
An understanding of optimization and cost analysis in supply chain management.
Skills in planning transportation and managing warehouses (e.g. resource planning, inventory, quality control).
Basic managerial competencies for coordinating team work and communicating within the supply chain.
Graduates will be prepared to work as Logistics Specialists or Supply Chain Coordinators and to further develop their skills in operational management.
