Course Description:

The course covers LAN/WAN configuration fundamentals, server setup, network security, and user/permission management. Students learn to use AI tools for automating administrative tasks, monitoring network infrastructure, detecting anomalies, and optimizing network performance.

Target Audience:

Individuals interested in IT administration, helpdesk, or infrastructure maintenance roles. IT department staff looking to automate routine administrative tasks with the help of AI.


Funding Eligibility:

The course may be accredited by training institutions authorized by the Ministry of Education (MEN) and/or listed in the Development Services Database (BUR). Eligible for co-financing from KFS, ESF, and Public Employment Office programs — up to 100% of training costs.


Graduate Profile

Upon completion, the graduate will possess:

1.     Practical knowledge of designing, configuring, and maintaining computer networks (LAN/WAN).

2.     Ability to configure servers, firewalls, routers, and switches in a professional environment.

3.     Understanding of cybersecurity principles and user permission management.

4.     Competence in using AI tools to automate network monitoring, log analysis, and threat detection.

5.     Ability to deploy scripts that automate repetitive administrative tasks with AI assistant support.

Graduates will be prepared for roles as network administrators, IT specialists, or helpdesk technicians — with competencies in modern AI-driven automation.
