1.3. COMPUTER GRAPHICS AND UX/UI DESIGN

  • Course description: Learning how to use graphic design software (Photoshop, Illustrator, Figma), designing websites and applications with a focus on User Experience (UX) and User Interface (UI).

  • Intended audience: Individuals interested in a career as a graphic or UX/UI designer, those looking to expand their competencies in marketing or IT.

  • Funding opportunities: The course can be part of programs for developing future competencies (including programs by PARP).


Graduate profileA graduate of the Computer Graphics and UX/UI Design course will have:

  1. The ability to work in the most popular raster and vector graphic design tools (Photoshop, Illustrator).

  2. Knowledge of interface design (UI) and usability principles (UX).

  3. An understanding of the design process – from analyzing user needs to testing prototypes.

  4. The ability to develop layouts and create cohesive visual materials (branding, marketing materials, application mock-ups).

  5. Basic communication skills for working with development teams on implementing graphic designs in production environments.

Graduates will be prepared for a position as a Junior Graphic Designer or Junior UX/UI Designer, as well as for further development in the creative and IT industries.
